- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst tyranny imaginable. I've spent a small fortune building a subdivision in Utah County and need a loan for improvements. Bryce Packard at Central Bank says his bank will only lend money if they can lien all of my parcels. I'm taking my business to UCCU instead who lends 50-65% of the appraised value of parcels so I only need to lien one parcel, or as many as necessary for a larger loan.
